USWF Water Treatment Resin
US Water Filters softener resin restores the softening capacity of your water softener when the original resin wears out. It comes in three sizes:

| 25 lbs | 1/2 cu ft | Mid-size or compact tanks |
| 50 lbs | 1 cu ft | Standard 1.0 cu ft softener tanks |
Match the volume to your softener's rated resin capacity, usually listed on the tank label or in your manual. Too little resin reduces softening capacity, and too much leaves no room for the resin to expand during regeneration. As a reference, 1 cu ft of resin is typically rated around 32,000 grains.
